2010   Sun. Aug 22 The 14th Annual Race 4 Research 8AM in Washington Park, held in memory of Michelle Plachy-Rubin.  A timed 5K Run or Walk. For questions contact Co-Chair Lin McHaley at linnardo4@aol.com  Map and more race information  Brochure/register by mail  register online   Fri.-Sat, Aug. 27-28 Over the Edge Rappel down the 32-story One Lincoln Park luxury high-rise in downtown Denver! Noon-5pm on Friday, 8am-6pm on Saturday.  Participants must raise a minimum of $1,000 in pledges to Cancer League. Three ropes will be offered this year (including one shorter rope from the 7th floor), giving more people the opportunity to rappel. Ongoing Programs

Anschutz Cancer Center Featuring Cancer League's Memorial Garden Our Cancer League Memorial garden is now a reality, thanks to the efforts of Sandy Wolf-Yearick. The garden is located in a beautiful setting at the Anschutz Cancer Center. The Memorial and Honorary Garden is decorated with all new flowers, benches, and decorative pots by the Hospital. You may purchase individually etched granite tiles for a loved one. The donor's name will also be inscribed in the granite for a donation of $250.00 which will cover costs and allow Cancer League to help fundraising efforts to fight against Cancer.

Magazines, Games, and Puzzles for Anschutz Cancer Center
Our Mission to the Anschutz Cancer Center is to contribute games, puzzles, and current magazines/periodicals for patients being served.  Thus, we are asking members to mail the magazine discount cards of a favorite periodical to the information desk at:
